What is Men Connect?

Men Connect is an inter-denominational Christian group based in Guernsey committed to igniting a passion for following Jesus Christ amongst men.

The group organise events, gatherings and activities for the purpose of bringing men together in a healthy Christian environment, and thereby providing a safe and authentic space for men to be encouraged, inspired and challenged to follow Jesus Christ more closely.

John Wimber, founder of the Vineyard Church in the USA, became a Christian after seeing a sandwich-board man walking towards him in a precinct. The words on the front of the board said ‘I am a fool for Christ’. As John Wimber silently scoffed and sneered while this crazy man walked past him, he glanced at the reverse side of the sandwich board and read these words; ‘Whose fool are you?’

If Christ did not withhold one drop of blood for you and me more than 2000 years before we were born, why would we elect to uphold our dignity, reputation and street credibility over and above the Gospel of Jesus Christ?
